If you selected pay now when you checked out - Finalise your payment via your guest portal before your arrival day using the secure link sent to you
We ask and appreciate if guests can finalise their accommodation fees in the week or two prior to arrival, however we accept that if your booking.com reservation indicated that you could pay on arrival we can take payment on the day.
Access to the property will be provided once payment is received in full.
If you selected pay later when you checked out - and you received a message about your payment, we may be waiting on booking.com to confirm the payment has been made in full and provide us with the payment confirmation.
If you receive a message about payment in error and you have already paid - please contact us right away so we can update your booking and ensure your access information will be sent on time.
Access to the property will be provided once payment status is updated.
- Booking.com has checked the validity of your credit card to secure your reservation however payment is not handled by booking.com and we do not receive the full credit details .
- When you booked you may have noticed it stated "NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED – pay at the property" - As check in is contactless we will not be at the property to take payment from you and therefore need to collect the payment directly.
