Rosella sleeps a max of 9 overnight guests. 

Aveley sleeps a max of 4 overnight guests. 

Cosmo sleeps a max of 6 overnight guests.

Just thought we would mention... The 5th bedroom has a regular sized queen bed, that can split into 2 regular singles, (not king singles).

The room itself is quite small - this is explained on our listing, but we thought we would just mention it again. If the room will be for children it might be perfectly fine... though we would recommend splitting the king in the Rumpus/bedroom 4 or another room instead.

You could also request the sofa bed for an additioanal 75.00 per stay instead of spliting bedroom 5
